The Advanced Lead Acid Battery Consortium (ALABC) is an international research and development consortium dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the lead-acid battery to ensure its competitiveness in various energy storage markets.
Battery Council International (BCI) is a not-for-profit trade association formed to promote the interests of an international battery industry. BCI has more than 190 members worldwide engaged in every facet of the industry. Included are lead battery manufacturers and recyclers, marketers and retailers, suppliers of raw materials and equipment, plus expert industry consultants.
Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) International is a global association of more than 138,000 engineers and related technical experts in the aerospace, automotive and commercial-vehicle industries.
