Exide Jumpstart Assistance

For qualified batteries with the Jumpstart sticker and information on the battery. Not valid for any Exide battery purchased after August 30, 2019.

As part of Exide’s commitment to quality, we offer FREE Jumpstart Assistance to all Exide® Edge AGM, Extreme®, Select®, Marathon® and Marathon® Max branded batteries. You can rest assured, should you ever need a jump on the road, Exide will be there to assist at no cost to you. This is offered on a complimentary basis valid during the warranty period (from date of purchase), as indicated in the table below:

Exide Jumpstart Assistance is offered on a complimentary basis. Resale or transfer of these benefits is prohibited. Jumpstart assistance is valid for the warranty period from the date of purchase. To determine the Jumpstart Assistance period, reference the LENGTH OF SERVICE TABLE. There is no need for registration/activation. The service is sign and drive with no out of pocket expenses up to the program limits. Amounts in excess of limits are due to provider of service. Maximum service limits is two calls over the life of the warranty. Reimbursement claims made by consumers who have called a generic service provider instead of the toll-free number are not authorized, not valid and will not be honored. In the event the consumer is unable to receive the service from the MBS Road America network, the customer may submit a claim for consideration of reimbursement, within 30 days, not to exceed $60.00. In addition, reimbursement claims mailed more than 30 days after the service was utilized will not be honored.

Please allow 45 days for processing. MBS is not responsible for mail lost or damaged by the postal service. Service is for passenger cars, light trucks and vans only. Services performed by independent service providers established through the MBS Road America network. Services performed are by independent service providers for whose actions none of MBS Road America Motor Clubs or the ultimate manufacturer of the battery shall be liable.

Exide Jumpstart Assistance is offered on a complimentary basis to the original owner of the Exide battery. Proof of Purchase is required with each reimbursement claim. Resale or transfer of these benefits is prohibited. Jumpstart assistance service begins from the date of purchase of your Exide battery. To determine the length of the Jumpstart Assistance service for your particular battery, reference the LENGTH OF SERVICE TABLE. There is no need for registration/activation. You are allowed two (2) jumpstart assistance calls, to the MBS Road America Motor Clubs networking using the toll-free number provided, over the life of your service to a maximum of $75.00 CAD for each call. Services will be performed by independent service providers established through the MBS Road America Motor Clubs network. You are responsible for any charges in excess of $75.00 CAD to the independent service provider. Reimbursement claims must be mailed with proof of purchase within 30 days of the service call or they will not be honored. Reimbursement claims made by consumers who have called a generic service provider instead of the toll-free number are not authorized, not valid and will not be honored with the following exception. In the event the consumer is unable to receive service from the MBS Road America Motor Clubs network, the consumer may submit a claim for consideration of reimbursement, within 30 days, not to exceed $75.00 CAD.

Service is for passenger cars, light trucks and vans only. MBS, Road America Motor Clubs and Exide expressly disclaim all liability relating to, and shall not be held responsible for, the service provided by any independent service providers or any claims relating thereto. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province.

Démarrage-secours d'Exide entre en vigueur à la date d'achat de la batterie Exide. Pour connaître la période d'application associé à la batterie, consultez le tableau de la durée du service. Aucune inscription ni activation nécessaire. Vous avez droit à 2 appels de démarrage-secours au numéro sans frais fourni durant toute la période applicable, à raison d'un maximum de 75 $CAD par appel. Les services sont assurés par des fournisseurs indépendants membres du réseau de MBS - Road America. Vous êtes responsable de tous frais facturés par les fournisseurs indépendants au delà de ce montant. Les réclamations doivent être accompagnées d'une preuve d'achat et postées dans les 30 jours après l'obtention des services ou elles ne seront pas acceptées. Toute réclamation faite par un client qui fait appel à un fournisseur de services autre que celui accessible au numéro sans frais sera refusée en vertu de programme, sauf dans le cas suivant: si le client n'a pas client n'a pas accès à un fournisseur du réseau MBS - Road America, il doit soumettre sa réclamation d'au plus 75 $CAD dans les 30 jours à des fins d'examen.
